2. How soon can I get my
money?
Standard Transfer
Once you application is approved, we transfer the cash
to your account. If your application is approved Monday thru Thursday,
before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, you will receive the cash
the next business day. If your application is approved Friday thru
Sunday, the cash will be transferred to your account on Monday and
you will receive it on Tuesday. Requests received on a holiday are
processed the next business day and the cash will be received the
following day.
3. What are the requirements
for approval?
To be approved you must meet the following requirements:
1) Have an active
checking account in good standing (no NSF charges) open for a minimum
of 6 months.
2) Take home a minimum of $1200 (after taxes) salary per month.
3) Be able to receive phone calls at work and home.
Not have an application submitted or current loan with more than
one other payday lender.
5) Be employed FULL TIME (not through a temp service) for a minimum
of 6 months.
6) Be at least 18 years of age.
4. How do I receive the
money and how do I pay?
It is very simple
and requires nothing on your part other than signing the Payday
Advance Plus
agreement authorizing the transfers. The money will be electronically
transferred into your checking account and will be automatically
removed from your account the same way on the scheduled repayment
date.
5. What if I have a bad
credit history?
We do not order a credit report with the major credit reporting
services but do use special payday services to verify the validity
of your account, to make sure there are no NSF checks, and to determine
that you don't have outstanding loans with more than one other payday
advance provider.
6. Do you require collateral?
No.
7. Can I extend the time
for the repayment of my advance?
If you request an extension and we grant that request, you may
obtain an extension by paying at least enough to cover interest
earned up to that point (usally the finance charge previously
disclosed). We also recommend that you pay as much extra as you can
to reduce your principal balance. You are permitted to extend your
payment for up to 5 times upon our approval. We encourage you to pay
as much as you can afford to be applied to the loan balance to
reduce the fee you will be charged. You must request an extension

Note: All extension of payment requests must be submitted online and
received by us no later than 11 AM EST, THE BUSINESS DAY PRIOR TO
YOUR SCHEDULED REPAYMENT DATE. FAILURE TO HAVE THIS EXTENSION APPROVED
IN A TIMELY FASHION WILL SUBJECT YOU TO SUBSTANTIAL ADDITIONAL
CHARGES
IF THE FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT ON THE
SCHEDULED PAYMENT DATE, AND AN EXTENSION HAS NOT RECEIVED PRIOR
APPROVAL.
8. Is this process safe
and secure?
Absolutely. The funds are transferred using the ACH (Nationally
Automated Clearinghouse) - a federally regulated institution.
9. How soon can I request
another advance?
Before approving
a new advance, we must confirm that your previous payment has cleared.
This typically takes 3-5 business days.
10. How to pay early.
To prepay your loan simply call our toll-free number and ask the
customer service representative how to prepay your loan. If you
prepay your loan, you may be entitled to a rebate of interest.
